PRICES

Service estimates are given before booking an appointment. The final price will be given at the end of the session **

Travel and transportation fees will be added to services performed outside NYC area.

*Prices vary according to the client’s request, type of breed, cat behavior during the grooming, fur & skin conditions and frequency a grooming of a cat is done. Customer will be informed first if the coat condition requires any trimming, shaving, special treatment or allows a certain type of cut/styling.

**Discount prices will be given to services performed within six weeks after the prior grooming session (Frequent Clients).

PAYMENT

We accept only cash, money order, certified check, and payment through ZELLE OR VENMO; no personal check for the first visit.

CANCELATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the client must do so at least forty-eight hours prior to the scheduled visit at info@mrcat.biz M-F from 10am to 6pm and Sat. from 10am to 2pm; otherwise, the customer will be charged 50% of the estimated service costs on his/her account. If the client does not cancel the appointment and/or miss it, Master Groomers LLC will charge full price, i.e., the total price of the job that was expected to be done at the specified date, time and location.
